1587, 2A – 15 years have ed since the guns of the Great War at last fell silent. The conflict rocked the world, leaving half a generation of men and women lying dead on the battlefield. Of the many players that had acted on the world stage, only two remained: the kingdom of Cirinthia and the ancient Republic of Tariq.In time, Dimitri Noraskov, a hero to the defeated Kingdom of Arkadya, rose from the ashes. He saw his king as a coward for surrendering, and a traitor for submitting to the Treaty of Evenheart. So did the people. They ed Noraskov when he overthrew the king. They ed him as he reclaimed the lands that had been stripped of them. And they ed him as he raised an army.

Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘ now’ button. We recommend using a manager for faster speeds. (You can use FDM which is free here, or any other manager).
Once the game is finished ing, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to Rise of the Third Power v1.10.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
Double click inside the Rise of the Third Power v1.10 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
